Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Stio websites, product workspaces, generation tools, credit systems, audio playback, subscriptions, and media asset features.

Use Of The Service

Users are responsible for the media they upload, the prompts and parameters they submit, and the way generated outputs are used.

Accounts

Web uses Google sign-in; supported native apps also offer Apple or Huawei. The same verified provider identity shares a Creator account across Web, Photo and Music. Different providers are not linked by email. Listen uses an independent account. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their sign-in account and for activity through each product session. Stio may suspend access when needed to protect users, payments, providers, or the service.

Credits And Jobs

Web studio credits are shared across its four modules. Native product balances remain separate. Generation jobs may reserve credits while queued or running and settle credits after successful completion. Failed jobs and provider-confirmed cancellations release their credit hold. Unconfirmed provider outcomes keep credits reserved for review. MV projects cannot be cancelled after submission. Credits are not currency, are not transferable between users or products, and have no cash value except where required by law.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. Native purchases and Listen Premium are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to the applicable store terms. Purchases, plans, credits, and entitlements apply only to the named product and are not transferable to another Stio product. Cancellation applies to future renewals and does not normally reverse credits already granted. Refunds and reversals may remove the corresponding product credits or entitlement and are handled under the purchase provider policy and applicable law.

Media Rights

Users should only upload media they have the right to process. Stio does not grant rights to third-party content included in uploads or outputs.

AI Results

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material made for other users. Users must review outputs before publishing or relying on them. Stio does not promise that an output is unique, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party claims.

Prohibited Use

Users may not process content unlawfully, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, impersonate others deceptively, exploit minors, create abusive or non-consensual intimate material, distribute malware, evade service controls, or interfere with Stio infrastructure or providers.

Operational Limits

Stio may apply upload limits, rate limits, report review, abuse prevention, and service availability controls. Service availability and generation time can vary with third-party infrastructure and AI providers.

Account Deletion

Signed-in users can start deletion from a Photo or Music account page or from Listen account settings. Deleting a Creator account affects Web, Photo App and Music App together. Listen deletion is independent. Deletion revokes the affected account's sessions, removes its direct identity fields, and schedules its private media for physical deletion. Other Stio accounts are not affected. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; users must cancel it in the store. Records required for payment disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or law may be retained.
